The Radiant Remedy accepts returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
